Your Beepy device uses a combination of GPS satellites, Wi-Fi positioning and mobile cell tower data (LBS) to pinpoint its location. The position is sent to our secure servers over the 4G LTE network and appears in the app. While the device is moving, its location updates every 100 seconds, and you can request a fresh position from the app at any time. When you need to follow more closely, the app's intensive tracking mode updates every 10 seconds (this uses more battery).

Yes – after the first year, a yearly renewal keeps your Beepy working. The price of the Beepy device (€99) includes the first 12 months of both services from activation, with 20 minutes of voice calls per month. The yearly renewal is one purchase of two services, sold together for one price: App Service (the Beepy app platform: live location, location history, safe zones, alerts and family sharing) and Mobile Connectivity & Voice (the tracker's built-in SIM: mobile data and 20 voice minutes per month). They cannot be bought separately. From the second year, the renewal is billed annually in EUR, based on the number of active devices: €78 per year for 1 device, €150 per year for 2 devices or €216 per year for 3 devices. Your invoice itemises the total between the two services (€12 + €66, €23 + €127 or €33 + €183). We notify you before the end of the first year, and we never charge you without your consent. Charges are in EUR; any forint amount shown is indicative only.

The Beepy tracker has a 650 mAh battery that delivers up to 120 hours of continuous online standby, or up to 160 hours when night sleep mode is used. Real battery life depends on tracking frequency, signal quality and voice-call usage. The Beepy app sends a low-battery alert, so you always have time to charge before it runs out.

Yes. Location data is stored on our own servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki, Finland) and is encrypted in transit. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. To run the service we rely on a small number of carefully selected providers (for example for sign-in, payments and email), who process data only on our instructions and in line with the GDPR. Yes — one account supports up to 3 Beepy devices under one account, all visible in the app at the same time. If you need to track more than 3 devices, please get in touch with us at hello@getbeepy.com and we will find the right solution for you.

Activation is quick and easy. Once your Beepy arrives, download the Beepy app, create your account, and use the in-app scanner to scan the QR code printed on the inside of the box lid. That is all — your Beepy will be online and tracking within minutes. A step-by-step Quick Start guide is included in the box.

At launch we ship within Hungary. We are working on delivery to more EU countries — if you live elsewhere and are interested in Beepy, please write to us at hello@getbeepy.com. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your Beepy, without giving any reason: just email us at support@getbeepy.com within that period. We refund the price you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the device is back with us. Please return the device with all its accessories; the cost of sending it back is yours. On top of that, every Beepy comes with a 12-month warranty: if your device develops a fault, document it with a photo or a short video and contact us, and we will repair or replace it free of charge. Every Beepy device purchase includes 12 months of both services – App Service and Mobile Connectivity & Voice – from that device's activation. You are always in control. After your first year, your Beepy service continues only if you actively choose to renew it. Nothing renews automatically: if you do not want to continue, simply do not renew at the end of your service year — or contact us at hello@getbeepy.com and we will take care of it. No hidden fees, no surprises, no auto-renewals without your consent.

The yearly renewal covers the App Service and your Beepy device's Mobile Connectivity & Voice: its SIM card, data and voice minutes. When your service year ends without a renewal, the device stops sending its location and can no longer make SOS or voice calls, so no new positions appear in the app. Your account, the app and the device stay yours. You can renew at any time to reconnect the same device, with no new hardware needed. We send you a reminder before your service year ends, so your protection never stops by surprise.
